A nice quiet day was welcome after all the running around the day before. I finally got the last of my website stuff straightened out which is a relief. I took it easy in the morning, doing a little drawing and two pages on my comic book script before getting the mail and fixing lunch.

After an episode of MI-5, I made to my writing desk and did a solid 6 pages, much better than the previous day.

Since I have basically nothing of interest to tall you about my day, let’s talk a little more about HBO Max. Whoever’s in charge should write a book about about how not to roll out a streaming service. Seriously, now they’re saying like a dozen DC comics movies will be leaving after the first month. They own DC. How can they possibly not have those movies on the service? I know some of them aren’t that good, but still. They’ve got to be a major part of the company’s anchor content. Like the Marvel movies on Disney+.

Combined with the Loony Toons banishing guns and the removal of Gone With The Wind, and they’re really making a bad first impression. Maybe they’ll get it sorted out. I hope so. I’m a big DC Comics fan and was looking forward to seeing what they came up with for new shows. Given the mess they’ve made of the roll out, I certainly won’t be signing up anytime soon.
