My nemesis the robin has begun to calm down. He’s still hanging around and clinging to the screen, but attacks to the glass have dropped by 90% which is a welcome relief. Hopefully he’s found a girlfriend and will soon go off to build a nest somewhere far away from my deck. Fingers crossed.

Not going to lie, the after effects of my first day doing serious yard work since last fall left me aching pretty much everywhere. I’m so out of shape it’s not even funny. But, with the nice weather coming, I’m going to try and get out in the yard more. It’s not like we can do much of anything else right now.

Now the writing. Despite my aches and pains I still managed five pages on the new novel which pleased me greatly.
