A quick update on the great robin war of 2020. The stupid bird decided to try and attack my office window yesterday. He grabbed onto the screen and stared in at me. That seemed to bore him fairly quickly and he moved back to attacking the sliding glass door. I’m really looking forward to mating season being over.
Putting the bird to one side, yesterday was an excellent day. It was sunny and reached the sixties by the afternoon. I got my work truck up and running after its long winter nap. Had to jump it, but that’s not unusual after five months of not running. I also ran the string trimmer for the first time this year. The grass around the house was nearly a foot tall in spots.
Despite all my other odd jobs I also wrote seven pages on the new novel, my best day of the week.
Speaking of novels, we’re up to 75 preorders on The Hidden Tower. That’s really good since we’ve still got six weeks before it goes live.
Thanks again for all your support and I’ll talk to you tomorrow.
