We had another nice, quiet, sunny day yesterday. Perfect weather for yard work, which I got done. I also cooked up a batch of my favorite sloppy joe and rice. It’s really simple and tasty. I thought I’d share the recipe in case any of you want to try it. I do a two pound batch and freeze the leftovers. You start by putting on a pot of water to boil.
