Hello everyone and welcome to the Friday Book Recommendation,

Today I thought we’d talk about a classic of epic fantasy, Assassin’s Apprentice by Robin Hobb, Book 1 of the Farseer Trilogy. The story follows a young man named Fitz who goes from a nobody to royal assassin. Fitz has a secret magical ability that can get him into trouble but also has the potential to make him great at his new job.

I don’t want to get into too much detail, but suffice it to say the characterization is fantastic as is the setting. There’s just enough action to keep things interesting.

If you like fantasy adventures, you be sure to enjoy this book. I highly recommend it.
