Morning everyone,

I can hardly believe I’m going to write this, but New York State actually got back to me in three days on a weekend no less with my health insurance problem sorted out. That’s got to be some kind of record for a government agency. And man is it a relief to mark that one off my to do list. I’ve never been without health insurance since I graduated college and going a few days without knowing what was up felt so strange.

Other than that bit of good news, yesterday was a pretty quiet day. The morning was cool, so I did some work in the yard. There’s still a ton of trimming left to catch up on, but I made a pretty good dent. After lunch it was just working on the new novel.

Update time.

Reading: 13 pages. I finished the first chapter of The Saga of Tanya the Evil book 4. Not going to lie, I think this might be a Did Not Finish book for me. I need to move on to something else tonight. It’s just too frustrating to read.

Writing: 6 pages on the new novel.
