Morning everyone,

So yesterday I had a delivery, a new mattress and frame as it happens. The idea was that the delivery people would bring it in and set it up. I put the emphasis on the idea. The reality turned out to be that one of the delivery guys didn’t show up for work that morning so guess who got to lug on a very heavy mattress and frame? If you said yours truly, you win. After considerable grunting, swearing, and sweating not to mention several near heart attacks, the damn thing got set up.

Many thanks to the awesome guy that did show up. He was a real sport about my lack of upper body strength. Kenny, you rock.

After the morning cluster fuck, I got to work on writing in the afternoon and had a pretty good day.

Reading: I proofed another 3 hours of audiobook. Forgot to mention above but I’m also getting a new illustrated cover for this book which I’m really excited about.

Writing: 6 pages on the new novel.
