The Great Reading Challenge Day 3 July 3 - James E. Wisher

The Great Reading Challenge Day 3 July 3

Morning everyone and Happy 4th of July.

Yesterday brought another day of pissing down rain from sun up to sun down and highs in the 60s. I remember plenty of 4th of July weekends that were so hot you could fry an egg on the pavement, so I’m not going to complain about the temps. Today isn’t looking much better though it might clear up in the afternoon. Fingers crossed.

Also, our little town once again canceled our parade and fireworks. I don’t personally mind that much. I haven’t been into parades since I was eight and the fireworks just keep me awake at night. Still, I know many people around here look forward to it.

Update time.

Reading: Echo Burning by Lee Child – 51 pages

Writing: The Divine Key Awakens – 6 pages

Yesterday 70 of you guys popped in for a visit which is awesome. Thanks so much for supporting the blog.

Talk to you tomorrow,

James

  1. Currently reading Coffin Cemetery: Supernatural Horror with Scary Ghosts and Haunted Houses by Ron Ripley
From the Tormented Souls, vol 1 series
Reading on a Kindle, so I’ll give chapters instead of pages
    Chapter 13-33
My goal is to finish it today!

      1. It’s July 4th, a Sunday, nothing on tv, and I’ve GOT to read the ending! Fireworks on tv start at 9 PM…great day to read! Besides, a lot of the chapters were short!
