Hello everyone,
I want to share something really exciting with you guys. I’ve been working on getting a subscription set up for a little while now and it’s finally done. The biggest delay was waiting for the company I wanted to use. It’s called Ream and was created by authors for authors. None of that censorship nonsense like Patreon.
Let’s start with why this subscription is so important.
Basically, as a writer, my ability to sell my work is dependent on a handful a massive corporations. Amazon, Google, and Apple being the main ones. Anything bad happens, a bot wakes up on the wrong side of the server and decides to delete my account, and I’m screwed. It’s happened to authors I know and while most of them got their accounts reinstated, some didn’t.
There are basically three ways to mitigate this. First, make sure you stay subscribed to my newsletter or follow this blog. It lets me communicate with you directly so I can announce new releases, keep you up to date on my writing, and basically have a direct relationship with you that no one can take away and parallel to that is growing my Payhip Store.
The final and best way is this subscription. It will provide me with a base of reliable income and you with early copies of all my books as well as bonuses and access that no one else has.
My dream is to have enough subscribers that I won’t have to worry about anything other than writing books that you guys love. That is the ideal position for a writer to be in. I know it will take time to get there, but with your help, I’m confident I can reach my ultimate destination.
