I’ve Never Tweeted.

With that caveat out of the way, I can’t help but be surprised that I have followers on Twitter. I made an account last Summer, mostly as a placeholder so no one else could claim my name and post horrible things. I followed a few writers I like and forgot about it. Out of curiosity, I popped in a couple days ago and low and behold I’ve picked up three followers. Now, why anyone would want to follow someone that’s never sent a tweet is the question.

Another question is, should I start tweeting? I personally despise politics. That leaves the bulk of Twitter a no go zone for me. I certainly don’t want the app on my phone.

I don’t know. It might be a useful way to keep people updated on what I’m working on. I also wondered if it might be a fun way to deliver a serialized story, though I’m not sure how that would work given the length restrictions.

Anyway I just thought it was interesting. Plus I hadn’t posted anything on here in awhile so I thought I’d share.
