Hello everyone,

Happy St. Patrick’s Day to you all. As with most holidays it’s not one I celebrate. Probably because I don’t drink or especially like cabbage.

I’ll never forget when I was a kid and Mom would make Corned Beef and Cabbage. The house would smell like vinegar all weekend. I couldn’t stand the stuff and Mom didn’t like it either, but Dad was a big fan so she made it for him. She and I would usually have hamburgers.
